HEM not importing all hands

I recently started using HEM on my desktop computer and HEM is only importing/finding roughly 2/3 of the hands i play in a given session. I've used HEM for the past 5 or so months on my laptop and never had this problem. I don't know if this is a coincidence but it seems like most of my big wins and loses are not being imported. FWIW I play on AP.

Please create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and try with this new database for a while and see if its missing hands still
