Hi,

So i recently installed 1.07 from scratch (not the update) as i'd been having a few problems and thought a fresh start might do the trick.

Basically my Table manager registers the tables i have open but somehow no hand histories are processed and so no players or stats are registered in the table manager or HUD.

I reconfigured my import folders as they were before as well as the folder to dump my processed hands into. My FTP Hand History folder is filling up with HH's but clearly they aren't being imported by HM.

Any idea what could be wrong? Could there be something obvious i missed?

Do they import if you try manually, if not please create a new database and see if they import now http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and if not email me the HH to morny@holdemmanager.net

Ok this looks like the import folder isnt correct, have a look at this FAQ and see the 1st screenshot http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/?f=142 can you copy and paste what it says for your current location that its saving HH

Also attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and i look into it further
