I just purchased the software yesterday. I started following the steps last night to export my database from poker tracker and to set up my import folders.
But when i click auto import to start importing the hand histories currently saved in my AP and FTP files all it does is pop up the Table Manager. It never starts importing hands.
When i click import from folder and go to the location of my exported hand histories from PT it does nothing after i click it.
Any help figuring this out is appreciated. I am using microsoft Vista if that matters.
I just realized that I did not have the program running as admin. So when i ran the program as admin it popped up the trial version again instead of my registered version. Is it ok to go ahead and register it again? Will i still be able to put the software on 2nd computer?
