Hud showing no stats

Hello,

I recently downloaded the latest holdemmanager update. After doing this the hud at my rush tables on ftp is showing 0 hands and obv no stats for any players. I have played many hands with these players and can still that there hands are still in my database.

The names are all in the right places and they change when I move seats.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

and please change your additional hud filters player ranges back to the default range 2-10 for all players.
