UB Help Needed

OK, I have tried and tried. I have followed the online directions and no matter what I do I cannot get UB HH and results to show up. My player name says *name*ABS...is this the same becuz it is on Cerus network? I am too confused.

I know I must have some simple setting configured incorrectly. If someone can help me I would be grateful. You can PM me info...being willing to do same as last time.

EDIT...I meant to say UB HH for SNG/TOURNY...I don't ever play cash game there....but I guess it would be nice too....

The ABS player name should be the right one.
* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.06d http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.
