Hi, I had this working before but since I bought hold'em I haven't been able to get it to work. I mainly use my desktop PC for poker and the stats are recorded there as well. I'd like to use my laptop as well though and set Hold'em managers stats to read/write from the folder on my desktop (in the same house and on the same network read/write is enabled in the homegroup). I had this working before, but I wonder what could have gone wrong now? Last I tried I couldn't get any HUD to work even with the folders for history/archive on the laptops hard drive. Any ideas of how to remedy this? Is there a way to completely delete all traces of HEM so I can do a completely fresh install?

Thanks.

Please check the network folder from your laptop.
Can you open it in the explorer / workplace?
Do the hands appear in the folder?
It the folder configured in the auto-import settings?

Complete uninstall:
Please uninstall HEM using Revo Uninstaller: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+

After completion please reboot your computer and download and install the full installer from our homepage. Please make sure that the postgresql option is disabled during the installation.
