Everything was working fine.
Today all of a sudden imports started to bug.

This is the message I get in ImportErrors
C:\Programme\PartyGaming\PartyPoker\HandHistory\za dig_pp\20110413\Table 166990 (No DP)_1441474.txt
ERROR: XX000: could not read block 318 of relation base/16397/16628: Invalid argument

Database got corrupted?

Yep, probably a harddisk failure.

Please try a reindex of your database via pgadminIII->maintenance.
If that doesn't help you should create a new database and reimport all your hands (+notes +summaries).
