I get the following error message:

ERROR 58P01: could not open relation 1663/16404/2614: No such file or directory.

Then after I click ok, it tells me I am running visa and that i need to disable UAC (which has always been disabled since getting HEM) then it takes me to the original database control panel. What should I do?

You database seems to be corrupt, you can try running a vacuum http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=163 but it persists then youll need to export the hands http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173 and create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and reimport the hands

After the error message it takes me to the "Connect to PostgreSQL" screen so I can't get to the screen I need to export hands screen.

Try doing a vacuum http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=163 and if that dosent work youll need to reimport eh archived HH as the database is corrupt

Does it let you get to the screen where you can create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and if not can you try resinstalling PostgreSQL http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=177
