files not importing?

i'm new to hm. last night i played about five sitngos, one on ful ltilt and four on stars. a few minutes ago i clicked on "import files". the only game that came through was the one on full tilt. before that the last date of a a sitngo that imported was on the 9th. i've played everyday since sarek did the installation for me on the 10th. both full tilt and stars are listed in the "configure auto import files directory".

what should i do?

Please check this thread to make sure you've the correct import folders setup for your site

On the import TAB check if there are import errors showing up, if so can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database and see if there is also import errors with that database
