Can you configure the tourney HUD pop-up?

The tourney pop-up that shows the BB VPIP/PFR grid is a nice feature, but I can't seem to find a way to edit this and adjust the BB groups. Is there a way to edit this pop-up? I don't see it with the other pop-up configurations.

For example, it shows different vpip/pfr stats for like 1-3bb, 4-6bb, etc. and the max is 15+. But in a tournament I'd rather see something like 1-9, 10-15, 15-20, 20-25 and 30+.

This looks like it only edits the filter itself, which based on the tutorial video, only filters what HUD stats display when a player has a certain amount of blinds in their stack.

What I want to edit is the pop-up that displays when you click on the spade icon, not the filter.
