german special character "ä" in screenname = no stats

11 months later I found the same problem.
My version is 1.10 Beta 6
my os is window xp in Chinese language
my HEM database was transferred from PT3

I suppose to have 700+ hand on this guy when i was using PT3. but after i moved to HEM, it won't recognize his name and it create a new name "bsi123".

Can you please send one Hand History file for this player to us? support@holdemmanager.net

Please reference this thread link so we know what you're talking about when you send the HH file to us.

I've let the developer know about the issue and having that HH file lets us see exactly what's going on even though they can probably fix it by looking at your screenshots.
