I got a virus on my computer and had to restore it. I can't get HEM to work for the life of me. I've been through all the FAQ's and restarted it 100 times. I reinstalled PostgreSQL as that was my first problem. I finally got it to launch but now it won't import any hands. This is the message I'm getting when HEM opens:
error creating stat ranges xml file: access to the path C:\Program Files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config\stat ranges.xml is denied

HELP!

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibility tab.
