Preflop cards tab error

I keep getting this error when I try to use the preflop cards tab. It happened before this update but I was hoping the newest version would have it fixed. Any ideas for me?

If you can't read it it says "An error occured while trying to return the selected hands: startIndex cannot be larger than length of string. Parameter name: startIndex."

Ok ill pass this onto Roy but in the mean time if you could give me some more information. Is it only that TAB and do you get the error regardless of who is selected as the player?

Thanks, this problem only seems to happen on that particular tab and it does happen no matter which name I use (alias or any other sn). Also I can't say exactly when it started happening but I do know that it did used to work just fine. Thanks again.

Still haven't been able to duplicate this but I have got rid of the error message popping up

Any update on this? Still can't use this tab. As you said the error message doesn't pop up any more but nothing happens when I try to choose a hand. Thanks!

Sorry, no luck finding the problem yet... in your regional settings in control panel do numbers look like 123,456,789.00? if not try changing it to this and see if that helps.
