View Full Version : Error-HEM wont open

Just tried to fire up HEM and i get an error code saying 'An error occured while updating your DB (holecard field update for omaha) ERROR XX001 : invalid page header in block 0 of relation base/16395/2650

Please close down any programs accesing the database and relaunch holdem manager

WTF is happening here??? Cant fire up a session until this is fixed...

Ok i done it but now everytime it opens i get an error code saying ' an error occured while retrieving the imported file list: ERROR: X002: index importedfiles_idx1_ contains corrupted page at block 0. How do i get rid of this?

If reindex did not help... create new database (UTF encoding) and use it.

I dont know what that means, will i lose all my data? If so can all the data be transferred to my new database? Would it be possible to arrange a mod to set it up for me? I had major problems installing HEM as im useless with computers. In the end a mod done it for me via mikogo and it only took him 5 mins

Your database is corrupt. So the only way is:
Create new database. Then you will need to import all original hand histories in it from archive. Default path is c:\hmarchive.
Use Import from folder button

All that is completely foreign to me so is there any chance of getting someone to do it for me?

Here are all the links and step by step directions you need to follow to preserve your database information.

Export your Hand Histories

Export Your Notes

Export Your Bonuses and Rakeback Options > Rakeback & Bonuses http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/rakeback-bonuses-01.jpg

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries


Then can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

Finally reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database

OK done everything up to here, seems only problem now is the hud isnt working. Its just doesnt pop up. How do i set that up?

Make sure your lobby is installed in English, if your lobby is installed in a non-English language some of the table names cannot be picked up so please change the language in your poker client lobby or if this is not possible reinstall it in English.
