hud dont have all the hands showing

In the heads up display, often it is showing less totals hands of player, then what is in the database, for instance on 1 player i just checked, the headsup shows 130 hands, and when i click on the box to expand, it shows 2300 hands, all filters are off

Have you set all filters in Hud Options> Additional HUD Filters to 2-10 for every one?

Is days set to something like 365 or more if your HH are older than 1 year and is it set to include all limits?

yes all seats are set 2-10 players and back for 1000 days,my database is not that old anyways maybe 700 days

Can you email me your holdemmanager.config file and the prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and i look into it further. Email paul.morny at gmail dot com

What site are you playing on and do you use preferred seating there?

pacific, and i use clear view with no first person seating.

i dont know what is preferred seating there, i dont see it in any of the options

Ok can you remove the "Fix my stats position" in Hud Options > Player Preferences and make sure your using the Latest Version of Holdem Manager available is: 1.06.01n and is available here: http://www.rvgsoftware.com/hm/hmupdate1.06.01n.exe

And tell me if your still having problems
