Hi,

I installed hem on my computer it worked properly in try out mode but now when I try to upgrade and register it with the licence key a pop up appears with validation notice that the serial number is either invalid or could not be used.

I did check the registeration issue sticky. And those points are cleared. The key is correct i have it on my other comp running fine so it is ok too. I'm running comodo internet security premium as firewall and antivirus

My OS is in finnish and the reg.log is complaining not having access to this particular dll file. Can you help me?

Hello,
1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.

2)Uncheck every box in the new window that appears and click ok.

3)Try to register Hold'em Manager again.


If you continue to have registration problems, please send me your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder.

Hi seems like the issue is solved. It was comodo to blame i needed to add holdemmanager.exe to trusted apps in defense+. Thanks for help.
