FullTilt Prefatch data not working

I use HM version 11.6d. The Pre fetching of the player names on Full Tilt worked very good, but then one session later it does not worked anymore. Ever the display of the pot odds and pot size was not working.

Please post a screenshot of your table preferences, the site options->ftp and a FTP table and please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

The prefetch folder is missing in your auto-import configuration.
Please add
C:\users\michael gorski\desktop\fultilt prefaced hands
to your auto-import folders.

Please disable "Use ocr to read text" in site options->ftp

If its still not working i need a screenshot of a whole table.

Hey,

I have similar problem, after i updated HEM to 1.11.06d it does not Pre-Fetch any more(Full Tilt). HUD pops-up but its simply empty like it does not have any information about players.

I give you the same information you required before.

Please reboot your computer and install the latest update as first thing after the reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
Your ftp client must be switched to english language and installed to the default location.
Sometimes it is necessary to start the FTP Client as administrator.
Under XP the user needs to have administrator rights.
HM->Hud options->Site options -> FTP -> Use ocr... must be disabled (unticked)
Enable the prefetch under site options->ftp and add the prefetch folder to the auto-import folders.
Reset the # of player filters in the additional hud filters to the default settings.

tried everything but problem still remains !

Cant reset #of players filter cause there is no such thing as "default settings"

it worked on FullTilt now, but not on Party Poker

What is the difference between these two on a picture?
Which one i should put to HM->Hud options->Site options -> FTP ?

You need all of them.
The default for the number of players is 2-10 for all.

For the prefetch working on Party you need to use Freephg
