A. Call open and Limp:
I would like to know the difference between "Call Open" and "Limp".

B. Squeeze
Does the "Squeeze" stat show how often a player reraises someone else, who raised and got called by at least one other player himself?

C. Fold to Contibet Flop, Turn, River
"Fold to contibet flop" ist pretty much clear. However, does the "fold to contibet turn" require that the continuation bet was called on the flop or does it require a checked flop?

I can answer at least one:

A squeeze is when a player raises (usually from UTG or Hi-Jack), then at least one players calls that raise. You then reraise (usually in CO or Button, but applies to blinds as well sometimes) which "sqeezes" that caller out of the hand usually, generally leaving you heads up with the original raiser (unless he 4bets and you fold). A squeeze is best used when you have a hand that performs well heads up (and is a hand you usually wouldn't raise with), but the hand doesn't do well in multiway pots, so you want to get rid of everyone but the original raiser..

All stats are explained here: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewtopic.aspx?topicid=15

For the cbet then the PFR must have cbet the flop and then bet the turn for it to be a turn cbet, if he dosent cbet the flop then he cannot make a cbet on the turn or river
