So I have the PT2 PortgreSql version and I'm having trouble installing Holdem Manager.

Here are the SQL settings in PT:

Port: 5432
User Name: postgres
password: ********
OBDC Entry to use: PostgreSQL
Encoding: UNICODE

Here are the database settings I'm trying to use in Holdem Manager:

Server name: 127.0.0.1
Port Number: 5432
Login Name: postgres
Password: ********

And I get a connection error, "database postgres does not exist"

And when I open Pokertracker I get this error:

Please follow the instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling .net framework here: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=14

Well I am attempting to reinstall version 1.1 of the framework as that's the version I seem to currently have.

I'm not getting the error message in PT anymore, but what settings should I put into the Database Control Panel on HEM? I get an error database "x" does not exist where x is the login name I use in the control panel.

In the control panel click on Create New Database instead of trying to open a database

Unfortunately there is no such option:

I only have 2 days left on my trial so if this isn't sorted before I can't use your software :(

Hi you need to unistall that version of postgreSQL and reinstall like in the link i gave you above. Write down your username and password you choose as youll need to enter that in that DBcontrolpanel screen and on the next screen then youll be able to create a new database
