Zero stats in replayer

I've got normal stats when i'm playing rush LH. But when i see a hand which is already played in the replayer i see zero stats at all even stats for me. I've already checked all topics about it but it doesn't help.

i can't understand it. what is the difference between reflecting torney stats in replayer and cash stats? torney stats is ok. what is the ploblem to do the same thing with cash stats using the same routine or smth? i paid money not for bug program. it's ridiculous.
