Hi j2j2,

you can just reinstall Holdem Manager, no need to backup your database.

Make sure you save your HUD layout http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=28

Ok backup your Hud settings as described above. The close down Holdem Manager and then delete everything in the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and then restart HM and it should create new default config files in case there was a corrupt file causing the problem.

If you go to Options> Database Management> And click on Create Database, make a new database, highlight it and clcik "Make Default.. Then with the new default database highlighted click "Start Holdem Manager" and see if you still have the problem

Then if that is the problem youll just need to export all your hands by opening the old database and import them into the new one.

Hi, that error makes me think something happened to your .NET framework installation. Redownload the .NET 2.0 redistributable from www.microsoft.com and choose the repair option.

ok, i used this link to get the netframework

http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmmain.aspx

i try and run the installation to repair it, i get a couple steps in, then i get an error message saying that setup cannot continue be cause this version of .net framework is incompatible with a previously installed one.
