How to get rid of the spade card logo in HUD

Hey,

Since some HEM updates, my HUD has had this spade card on it and I have no idea where it has come from or how to get rid of it and it only opens popups that I don't want. Anyone here knows how to get rid of it?

An example(look in front of the abbreviated name in HUD):

Go to menu HUD options - tourney filters and untick flags there.

1. Start Holdemmanager
2. Hud Options -> Tourney Hud Filters
3. Untick "Include a BB VPIP/PFR grid in Hud Popup" at the bottom of the window.
4. "Save and close"
5. Restart HM
