Help w/ postgresql and Win2000

Can I use HM w/ Win2000?

I tried downloading from the HM site and when I click on the link there is an error. I went to postgresql website and tried installing it from there, but I get the same error.

The error is "c/documents/admin/locals/temp could not be saved because an unknown error occured. Try saving to a different location."

I can't do anything else because if I right click and choose "save link as" nothing happens.

Yeah, should work fine, what are you using to download it, Internet explorer, try download firefox and see if you get the same message. The file is downloading fine for me so looks like an issue with your OS
