Today IPOKER.IT have released an upgrade of the platform. The HM import function stop to work (error during import hands) because they have changed the hh structure

I think I've identified the problem.

In practice the new HH ipoker.it have this code "M2B58100000A59DZ" that is not in the old HH.

I am attaching a new HH.

As was already mentioned, we hope to have it fixed in our next release but we do not have an ETA for a release yet.

Please fix it...I remember that there was a similar problem on Pokerstars.it and HM solved problem the same day!

On Ipoker (the 2nd italian network) the problem is still unsolved since April 6th...

To reimport the old hands please rename the handhistory files or move them to a different folder and import them via import file or import from folder.

How rename the hh?

With the windows explorer or workplace - navigate to the folder with the files and right click on a file to rename it. If you have many files its probably easier to copy them to a different folder.

What exactly is not working? Please add screenshots and please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

The same problem, nothing changes (all hand imports with errors). And not only on my computer. You just didn't fix this bag in that beta version.

Thats really annoying, that such problem takes so much time to fix.

As you can see, this works for some people. This means something is wrong in your configuration.
Email to support@holdemmanager.com and ask for Teamviewer session.

But first: Start HM, start autoimport, start room, sit at ONE cash table and play.
open Autoimport setup window
Then open Table manager
open room's HH folder to see it's contents
and open HH file (in Notepad) you play right now - to see it's text
now make HM window sixe to max - to use it as background, then
place all this stuff - table, TM, folder, Notepad and AI setup on display to see all - and make screenshot

To avoid any further confusion there is no fix for the iPoker.it problem in the Prima build that has been linked to in this thread. I have checked this issue with the developers and we will be testing a fix for this very soon. Sorry for the delay.

I am sorry, but we have many other bugs that were higher priority (especially considering recent developments), that we are working in addition to this issue. Everyone wishes we could fix their bug immediately but that simply isn't possible most of the time. New bugs have to be worked into already planned development time and cause more delays, then we have to test, and test again. If we released a build for every little fix it would only cause more bugs and make the problems worse, instead of better.

A fix has been checked in but I am not sure if it has been tested yet. Hopefully it will be in the next release but I do not know when it might be released yet..

I do see a note from the developer that the new hand history format is affected by the Regional Settings of Windows. To change this you just need to change your Windows Regional Settings. Go to the Control Panel and open the Regional and Language Options and select English (USA) as the "Current Format".

I didn't mean that to be a fix for the current release version. I meant that when we do finally release a build with this fix you will need to be sure you use English settings.

Hopefully we can get a full release out that includes this, instead of a beta, as we already have 2 other internal builds released in other threads. I do not have an ETA for release yet but once I do I will make sure to post in this thread.

The HUD should be working now. If it is not working for you, please do the following:

hud options > site options > ipoker > enable all options

options > configure auto import folders > auto detect > ok

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Restart your PC.

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK



If it still won't work:

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder. Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config and prefs.xml file from C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config. If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager and prefs. Windows hides 'known file extensions' by default. You MUST install the poker client in English AND change your Windows Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Go to the Control Panel and open the Regional and Language Options and select English (USA) as the "Current Format".

Restart your PC.


HM and PostgreSQL require all the hands to use the same formatting for Date, Time, and Currency.

If the old hands have the non-English formatting, you won't be able to import them.
To fix that:
-either email ipoker if they can sent you the handhistories in a universal English formatting.
(Full Tilt / PokerStars can do this... I'm not sure ipoker will)
-find (or create) a convertor which will convert the formatting
-manually edit all the hands (not recommended)

Writing your own script to convert the hands would be the best option if you still want to import them.
Look on the 2+2 forum where many scripts like this are already created by other HM users.

I am not sure, you may need to ask their support staff. Try to reinstall it and choose English during installation, if you dont see an option to change the language in the lobby menus.

Typically you would uninstall the current software, go to the pokersitename.com address and download the installer again. When installing the software it should give a language option.

the installing software don't ask me to select a language.
and there isn't an option after installation to select language.

then in Italy ipoker.it works on many different skins:
sisal, powerpoker, all in, and lots more! not all of them give an english format!

Will you please solve the problem also for ipoker.it hh??

Io uso SISAL POKER e riscontro tutti gli stessi problemi descritti nel post.
HEM non funziona con le nuove HH (import error)! Idem per l'HUD!
Ho trovato questo post (iPoker - problema HoldemManager...again! - Pagina 4 (http://forum.assopoker.com/423-software/70618-ipoker-problema-holdemmanager...again!?p=1124426#post1124426)) dove un formidabile utente ha pubblicato gratuitamente uno script che converte le nuove HH (.xml) in HH (.txt) leggibili da HEM. Anche l'HUD funziona perfettamente.

Io lo sto usando da ieri e con SISAL POKER funziona.
L'unica è tentare.

I'm sorry but the last HOLDEM MANAGER version doesn't work with IPOKER.IT (SISAL POKER). The only way to use HEM is with the conversion script (link in the box). So, i think it's fine to say to italian player using SISAL POKER with HEM.

I believe so.

To get all your missed hands imported

1) Right-Click your Desktop > New > Folder.
2) Go to your \HMArchive folder - To verify the path, go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: _________.
3) Open that folder and copy the hands (folders of hands) you think it has missed. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31). Also get any hand files that are in your \poker site\hand history folder.
4) Paste them into your new desktop folder > HM > Import From Folder.


If that doesn't work, try importing them to a new database.
