hey,

i don't know if this is the right forum... but: when creating postgres, It tells me the database must be on NTFS formatted volumes not FAT volumes. I searched the faq ( FAQ ID # 71 ) and tried the response there given:

"At the command prompt, type CONVERT [driveletter]: /FS:NTFS. Replace [driveletter] with the letter of the drive you’re converting. So for example if you’re converting the c drive then you’d type the following: CONVERT C: /FS:NTFS and press ENTER.
Convert.exe will attempt to convert the partition to NTFS."

when i type in the given words and press ok this appears: "the name of the folder is FAT32. fill in the present volumename for drive C" ( it's translated from dutch, so maybe the words don't fit..etc.). What do i have to do now, nothing i tried seems to work.

thanks for helping,

hans

Just type in something short, how youd like the drive to be described and continue on
