Basic hud problem

I had hmr installed (with help) on 2 computers. It has worked seamlessly on computer 1 for 2 months. I logged on computer 2 today..I can't get any stats to come up on my tables. I am not very proficient with computers...help!

I am requesting someone to help me on teamviewer....I am not good with computers. I am trying to go through your list step by step..no sure even the first step is correct. Help!

I know that hands are importing...I am just not seeing the hmr stats on my table. I am using vista..followed the steps to make sure that the 2 exe files were running as an administrator..could only find one exe file..when I right clicked and then went to advanced..did not see a run as administrator option. I also did not understand the uac section.
