hi,
i just picked 3 examples of ai-ev and checked the calculation with pokerstove:

51.7%-51.288%
72.1%-72.282%
28.5%-28.787%
see screenshots.

i used the search function about ev miscalculations and found some posts about multiwaypots.
but why do the ev results hm gives differ from pokerstove in simple 2handed
showdowns (preflop allin)?

You might want to post some better screenshots since not much is readable from those.

We use a lookup table which lumps Ah5h vs Ts9s with all A5 suited and T9 suited combos. The difference is small. Most people don't play any particular suit in prefernece to another, so you cannot base any pre-flop decisions based upon whether your T9 suited flush draws are dominated by your opponent's A5 suited.
