Hi

I've the 1.07 version of HEM.
I've changed the current import folders. When I've started autoimport it seems to import files but I can't see the tables on the Table Manager window. I've picked on the table finder and there are unattached tables. I also can't see the stats on the tables. I've some friends playing and they have the same import folders as I but they don't have my problem.
I don't know if it helps but I have changed the folders because my casino has changed from iPoker to Microgaming.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
The 1.07 version

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
I'm playing on Carlos Poker, microgaming network. Till now I used to play on iPoker. I don't know if the problem occurs on another site

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
Yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM?
Yes

4a) If Not, have you checked the Poker lobby settings to see that their saving the hand historys and also that their saving them to the same location as youve setup in the auto import folders?

4b) Do the hands import when you create a new database and reimport them?

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
I can't see hands on reports so I suppose no

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
I've tried TF and there have been tables finded but as unattached, I don't know if that is informative

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
No Vista

Ok so we know the problem now is that the hands arent importing, your auto import folder is setup correctly so it might be the database, can you create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and see if it works now and if not email me morny@holdemmanager.net and well do a teamviewer session
