Holdem Manager is incorrectly importing some 4-man HU sngs from Pokerstars as 2 person games and this is messing up my graphs. Also the same games are incorrectly categorized as normal speed games when I have played turbo games.
How to fix this?
Thanks.

Should be fixed in http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.06d_Internal.exe

Should I install this version over my existing one?
Once I install it is it going to correctly categorize the already imported hands?

Just install it over your current version.
You'll have to then create a new database, and reimport the hands (and summaries) for the results to be fixed.

I installed the new version and created a new database, into which I imported the hand histories. Now it shows the 4 man heads up games but they are incorrectly classified as normal speed ones whereas I have played turbos.
Thanks.

This is a known problem caused by all the different speed types on the different sites. We are looking into it but for the moment there is no workaround for this.

It looks like the problem is still here after all: I filter for 2 player games and the data view shows me some 4 person games mixed with the 2 player games.
Can you please check this?
Thanks.

Are you importing the summaries?
You have to request tournament summaries manually: Pokerstars > Requests > Tournament Histories...
and import the data from the mail: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+
Then import them manually to HM.
For new tourneys:
Stars now supports the writing of summaries directly to your computer: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/441/Poker+Stars+Tournament+Summary+Setup

I followed the instructions and what happens is this: I filter for 2 person tournaments but oddly enough it shows for some of these tournaments that my finish position is 4 when the next column shows they are 2 person tournaments. These tournaments were imported manually from the email history summaries. If it helps in the debugging they are €1.07 tournaments.
Thanks.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files and summaries (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
