Hi

Haven't played poker for a couple of months and now when I started again I noticed that HM Manager imports the hands alright but they don't show up on cashgames-reports
cashgames-sessions

even though I have no filters on.

What can I do to fix this problem?

Please clear your filters (Filters->clear) one time although it seems like no filters are defined.

Which HM Version are you using?
Please update to our latest release: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

I'm having the same problem, using HEM 1.11.06c, tried clearing filters, changing regional settings and reinstalling HEM without any luck.
I can show results/reports/graphs up to april 1st, but using any date after that, the tabs are all empty even though i have played and imported HH's succesfully.

I have some serious problems too and nothing seems to help- everything is updated and configured and so on.

update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.06d_Internal.exe

Clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

Set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)

---

Which SQL version are you using? If the above doesn't resolve it, update PostgreSQL from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org), create a NEW database and reimport your hands.

Just a little update; I've updated HEM (but not yet postgreSQL because I've forgotten the password), changed date formatting to the correct type and cleared filters without any luck.

To me it seems like some sort of a hint that I can show results up to april 1st but not after that, what do you make of that?
I play on FTP which I THINK had an update at the night between april 1st and 2nd.

EDIT: I'm running postgreSQL 8.2

Try creating a NEW empty database.
Only import this month's hand (april).
If they show up.

It's probably a corrupt database, so you'll have to reimport everything into the new database.

How do you make a new database?

How do you make a new database?

Options -> Database management -> Create new database

Please update with results in this thread!

I have updated both hm and postgresSQL and I have set the date format correct on my computer and I have created a new database and it still doesn't work. The hud doesn't work either. I'm gonna delete all my hands and reinstall hm now and hopefully that helps

I removed all of my handhistories and now all of a sudden, it works! I can find my hands and the hud is back :)

Must have been some corruption somewhere in the handhistories

ED: I didn't have to reinstall hm, I just reinstalled postresqL whatever the name is
