I've run out of space on my c-drive and the Gigabytes my postgreSQL folder is taking up would give my pc room to breath.

So i want to move it to an extern harddisk. Could someone plz help me with info on how to do that?

Both moving existing, and changing settings in HEM to connect to new location.

I would consider purchasing a new internal hard drive and then closing your existing drive using acronis software. It did wonders for my laptop, as I had a 80gig drive. I moved up to a 7200 RPM 320GB drive. I had three partitions on the old drive and acronis just made 3 new paritions with the same percentage for each on the new drive. About 3 hours and my machine is running almost like new.
