I just downloaded the latest version of HEM and now my HUD wont load on tables. I tried re-installing the new update and shutting down my computer, but it is still not loading. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Very strange.

Did you install it on the right folder ?

When you play, try to launch the file HMHud.exe, to see if that loads the table manager. If so, does it recognize the tables ? If so, you should be able to see your hud pretty soon.

What you can try is to reinstall first the HEM software again, then the update again, and take care do to it on the same folder.

Thanks for the reply loustic,

I guess I'm not sure if I am downloading to the right folder. Usually I just download the update to my desktop then when I run the update it selects the RVG Software folder (which is where my HEM is located) to install the updated files.

I tried reinstalling HEM, and I'm still not having any luck. When i click "Start Auto Import" my table manager pops up, and it recognizes that the tables are running (tables pop up in the list), but the HUD does not pop up on the tables.

Also, my hands are being imported into holdem manager just fine. It appears to only be a problem with the HUD.

Set the lobby of the pokerclient to English.

Yeah, the lobby is set to English as it always has been. This is on Full Tilt. Playing rush poker. Was working fine till I installed the update.

If 1.11.06d doesn't resolve it, turn on pre-fetch:

If you enable the pre-fetch option the Rush HUD should work.

Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.
Manually add the pre-fetch folder to the auto import list.

Thanks. The new release, 1.11.06d, fixed the problem. HUD is working fine now.
