HUD problems with Betfair

Hi. I have Hold'em Manager 1.07 but cannot get the HUD working properly on the Betfair cash games.

The figures do appear, but they flicker and are not locked correctly on the players (the stats are located too far to the right hand side). I believe I have the most up to date graphics card and I don't seem to be able to get anywhere using the "mucked card and allignment edit mode..." on the table preferences.

You can right click and drag the stats wherever you want. the flickering is a common problem on Betfair, the only solve is updating the graphics card drivers or trying alternative ones.
