I tried the fozzy stuff but gaveup since people were having problems even with that. I'm back to 1.11.06a again and everything works fine. I'm just gonna 'upgrade' back to c every time I have to play stars antes tables so the hud works there and downgrade back to a for rush until things get fixed.

Older builds: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/426/Download+Links+For+Past+Builds

But rush should work if you follow this:

Please reboot your computer and install the 1.11.06d prerelease update as first thing after the reboot. http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/63681-1-11-06d-pre-release.html
Your ftp client must be switched to english language and installed to the default location.
Sometimes it helps to run the FTP Client as administrator.
Under XP the user needs to have administrator rights.
HM->Hud options->Site options -> FTP -> Use ocr... must be disabled (unticked)
The prefetch for FTP must be enabled under site options -> ftp and the given prefetch folder needs to be added to the auto-import folders.
Reset your "Additional Hud filters" player ranges to the default settings.

I followed the steps listed above and still cannot get my hud to work in rush. It keeps showing 0/0/0 stats for everyone. I also tried the steps that Fozzy listed in another thread and that didn't work either. Really frustrated. :(

Try creating a new database and reimport your old hands from your archive folder.

I have tried creating a new database and importing old hands. I have tried starting with a fresh database with no hands. The results are the same every time. 0/0/0/ stats for every player.

Which SQL version are you using?
You turned on prefetch and added the prefetch folder as an auto import folder??

If you enable the pre-fetch option the Rush HUD should work.

Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.
Manually add the pre-fetch folder to the auto import list.

I am using SQL 8.3

I am using version 1.11.06d and tried all those steps already. Nothing. :(

Please post screenshots of a table, your additional hud filter settings, your site options for ftp and the table manager and please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

Can you setup your import folders so you only use one archive folder.

(you currently are using two: C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\Archive
and C:\HMArchive) Set them all to C:\HMArchive

Update PostgreSQL to 8.4.7 from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org) (install it to port 5433).
And reimport your hands into a new database.

Also reinstall: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Set my import folders to one archive. Updated to PostgreSQL 8.4.7. Reinstalled HEM 1.11.06c. Created a new database and played some hands. Still showing 0/0/0 for all players even after playing new hands with them.

Uninstalling and then reinstalling HEM and Postgresql seems to have solved my problem.

Thank you Patvs for your help.
