HUD on Ladbrokes

I recently updated HM to version 1.11.06c and my heads up HUD quit coming up at the 6max tables when I would play someone HU. Most hands seem to be importing but it did miss one big allin.

I went back to version 1.11.06a but I am still having the same problem.

How do I get my hud back up and is there a way for me to retrieve missing hands from my HU match?

You can switch the hud configuration manually by right clicking on the table in the table manager.

For the automatic selection you need to configure the settings in the use for tab for the different hud configurations.


For the lost hands: if they are in the handhistories you can try to rename the files and import them again via import file but i think the pokerclient hasn't written the hand to the file. So you need to contact ladbrokes support to send you the hand.
