I decided to start playing on carbon poker and used the HEM credit bonus code.
The problem i'm facing is that the player stat boxes seem to be in weird places. I used to use PT3 and have friends that use HEM on stars and full tilt and neither have these problems. It is very annoying constantly trying to figure out what player has what stats. And when playing 6Max the person in seat one has their stats right over their chip count. So i have no idea how they are stacked. Very annoying. Is there any fix to this?

Setup the seating preferences: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/34/PreferredSeating (for Merge)

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

here is a screen shot of my table. Notice how the HUD does not match up with the play it represents.

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily

---

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

Thanks, The Crtl-Right click worked like a charm. Didnt realize we could drag and drop the stat boxes.

Problem solved.
