HUD doesnt work by Betfair

I have recently started playing at betfair but unfortunately my HM HUD doesnt work there. HM does import the hands but the HUD doesnt work at all. In the table finder window no table is shown at all. So I guess it just doesnt find the table of betfair. I have followed all the installation instructions mentioned in the FAQ regarding Betfair so that cant be the problem.

I also installed the latest update of my graphics card driver so that shouldnt be the problem.

What could be wrong?

Update:
the table finder finds now the table when I after I moved some kind of red cross to the table but now I got the error: failed to find pop up windows and then HM HUD crashes.

Can you check another site to see if it works there so we can narrow down whether its a HM issue or a betfair one please

At other sites I dont have any problems (pokerstars and full tilt). So it probably has something to do with betfair

Can you try reinstalling betfair and if the problem persists then email me to do a teamviewer session morny@holdemmanager.net
