Activation problem

Hi!

I've bought yesterday HM and activated it, then it asked me to activated it again so I did. Today I installed Paralells (I'm using Mac, before I logged in via Boot Camp) and when I was opening HM it asked me for activation again, so I did, then I got this:

Nevermind. I found it:)

For those who find the same problem: go to MY ACCOUNT on hm website and you can reset license over there.

Go to My account and when I click Reset all profiles, nothing happens. What I can do?

If you get a "no more activations allowed error" reset your serial.


we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

Please go to Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com) and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

I've got the same problem.

My problem is that I have bought a computer by a friend, and I guess that he has haved this program installed. He told me yesterday that he was using the trial version for 15 days.

I have the problem now, that I can't get further, I can't use my serial code, because when I open the program, the only thing I can do, is to "activate online" and that is the wrong serial.

How do I get further? I have tried to contact support, but haven't received a answer yet.

Please try the following:
1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug.txt
2. Open HM and register the program
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file
