hello my name is gwen i use HM since 3 month and i had no problems , but for 1 month it doesn t record all my hand , when i play more than 5 tables it doesn t record the big pot , always the small pot , sometimes when i play 3 tables it doesn t recor a big pot when i go all in i have the last version and i play on full tilt can u help me

ps i don t close my table quickly and i didn t change configuration on holdem manager

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.06c http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.
