Hi there~!I tried everything u explained to jason in here~ http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hud-bugs/27069-hud-not-working-rush-poker.html#post300901~ but still my hud wont start for rush poker!

This is a new bug we just discovered and is likely connected to the problem with no pre-fetch on non-rush cash games. I also have a customer I am re-visiting tomorrow that has no pre-fetch on tourneys and I expect that is also related.

If you enable the pre-fetch option the Rush HUD should work.

Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.

Our default pre-fetch path is for \program files (x86)\... even if that folder doesn't exist on their 32 bit machine.

options > configure auto import folders... > auto-detect > ok

Manually add the pre-fetch folder to the auto import list.


Make sure your HUD Options > Additional HUD Filters are all reset to default.

I did all this and it's still not working.. made a new database, set the right settings, even re-installed FTP with the default HH directory, still just getting 0/0/0/0/0/0//0/00/0/0/0//0/0 stats

also with this new database, do I still have my old notes? and if NOT, and I export the notes from old db into new and then import other exported notes that have a note on the same player, what happens, does the most recent note import overwrite the previous one?

You can EXPORT the notes from your old database.
Before you reimport them into the new database, you must FIRST reimport the handhistories.

If you import multiple exported notes (for example from different computers or different databases), it won't overwrite the notes, it will combine them into one note.

already did this again, still not working, again, it appears all my settings are as they should be.

Have attached 2 files, one of them must be correct (I assume it's the 7.7 KB one but might as well attach the other)!

Can you click auto detect at the auto import folders screen.

You're missing two other folders HoldemManager uses.

okey but one of them just seems to be the sub folder of the other? \AppData\Roaming\Hem Data+ and ..\Hands+

did it, still 0/0/0/0///0/0/0//0/0//0//0/0/0/
