hi guys
im trying the trial version just to see how this program works.
But I am unable to get the hud open, I click relaunch HUD under the HUD options tab and I get this error code.

Xenocode Virtual Appliance Runtime

This application has encountered an error: 0xD0000135

Please contact the publisher of this application for more information.

I installed holdem manager 1.07.
I am trying to get this to work on pokerstars.

any help is appreciated.

Thanks
Tom

Please follow the instructions for uninstalling and reinstalling .net framework here: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=14

Can you reinstall like that this time and tell me if it works:

1) Make a backup of "Config" in a safe location
2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
5) Reboot your computer
6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Upload HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.07beta.exe
8) Test if it works
9) Overwrite the backuped "holdemmanager.config" file in the new Config directory to recover your settings
10) Test if it works
11) Import your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
12) Test if it works

I installed microsoft .net framework 2.0 with no results.
The same error pops up as the original.

I am running microsoft 2000 professional.
trying to play on both full tilt and pokerstars.
I am trying to use holdem manager 1.07, I only downloaded it yesterday.

I tried all the steps and It was unsuccessfull
this is really frustrating.. any help is appreciated.

cheers
Tom
