and a better way to deal with it. IM pretty sure this is the 3rd or 4th time in the last year that ive had this problem, and thus far, the only way ive been able to fix it, is to format my hard drive, which is a whole day project. I have other things i would rather be doing than formatting my hard drive 4 times per year,not to mention it eventually happens again. below is a link to an old thread with the same issue. HEM is freezing up during importing. I am using 1.11.06c

Its still the same computer?
The only thing we can do is check some standard things via remote session.
