set up hero names problem?

I click on set up hero name

and then i get a message

You can't select an alias that does not have any players attached to it.

Please help thank you

You need to have imported a handhistory first the hero played.
(otherwise the hero's name doesn't appear in your database, so you won't be able to select him)

If you want to select an ALIAS.
Options--> Player Aliases-->
click on Add Player and select at least one player to the alias.
