ive had a look through ongame support and cant find anything to help me with my problem.

i am importanting hand which isnt a proble, i cant get my HUD to work, my table finder cannot even pick up the table that i am playing on.

i have version 1.07 HEM, my table finder has 1.6.4cr10 at the top of it.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using i.e 1.06.04 Beta 12 (not the latest Version)?1.07

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?Bwin and no

3) We Have detailed FAQ's that explain how to set it up for each site, its often 1 setting or 1 box not been ticked that causes the problem so follow these FAQs exactly and aknowledge that it is setup as per the FAQ: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewtopic.aspx?topicid=36






5) So by now you should have confirmed in answering each question that you have setup the folders correctly and the hands are appearing in the correct folder. Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager? http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=129i have issues setting up the preferred seating

6) Have you tried the Table Finder and did it work? http://208.109.95.123/faq/?f=54i cannot get the red sqare to stay on the unattached table in table finder. table finder does not recognise any tables that i play at.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English, they should be btw?

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and i look into it further

You can attach it to this thread using the Manage Attachments button in the additional options section when replying or email it to morny@holdemmanager.net and a link to this thread

Can you delete your bwin folder and set it up as per this FAQ http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=148 and if it still dosent work then email me morny@holdemmanager.net and well do a teamviwer session
