Hopefully we are still ok to ask for help on Bodog?

First off, I am running the latest versions of both HEM and BDHG, 1.11.06c and 1.17 respectively. However this issue has been going on for a couple of weeks with different versions as well.

Basically what happens is that my HUD runs fine on one table, but then the next table that opens, the stats for two players will appear on one seat (only on the new table), with the seat next to it left blank. If you try to move the stats to the correct player on the second table, it will then muck up the positioning on the first table.

Below image shows the stats working fine on the bottom table, and top table having 2 stats for one player.

Any ideas?

Did you setup the seating preferences: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/34/PreferredSeating

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.

Once it's correct for the first table... save positions.. and also LOCK THE LAYOUT (hud options--> table preferences)... BEFORE you open a second table.

Sorry for the slow response Patvs, but this solution did not work. The first full ring table usually still works ok, but the next and subsequent ones still have 2 stats over 1 postition.

Any other thoughts?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

----

hud options--> table preferences--> turn off WYCIWYG (should be off by default)

rightclick the table in TableManager and manually change the number of seats: also try 9 and 10.
