Crypto import

It seems that my HM only imports USD tables and refuse to import pounds and EUR. How to fix this problem?

Can you try creating a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and reimporting the hands into that, if that dosent work email me some of the hands to morny@holdemmanager.net and also let me know what regional settings you have on your PC

I assumethat Oleg has russian settings on Windows, same as i do.
Morny and Roy himself have tried to fix that issue, but failed, even though Roy said its only doesnt work for me, but i hear that russian still have that issue.

Since Crypto will disintigrate soon, i didnt bother anymore, but shame that Roy didn't put anymore time into solving the problem, even though i asked him to.

Last email i sent to you was on the 18th of November, i indicated this in the email:

* (1.06.04 RC6 NEW) Russian regional setting GBP hands from Crypto will now import ok

The last response i recieved from you was on the 12th November so i presumed this issue was solved unless you followed up with Roy?

Either way if Crypto is closing soon (didnt know this, are they migrating to a new network?) Then i dont think its something worth trying to fix at this stage

The problem wasn't solved, so i followed it up with Roy, he spent some time with me on team viewer trying to fix it, but failed as well.

I am not saying you havent tried, just a shame that i have this problem for half a year and it wasn't solved, so even though i bought HM, i have to still use Pt2+pahud, w/o 3bet/4bet stats.

Right now, since Crypto is closing (yes, some skins move to Ipoker, some to Boss), it's not worth trying to fix it, so i gave up.
