Try moving the gamehistory.dat file to a new folder and manually import it and it should pickup the data, we have just fixed a problem where some hands werent imported while playing due to the timebank being used but this will be fixed in the next beta release

And then what? Leave the .dat file in the new folder and change the autoimport folder to the new one?

No just restart Prima and it will recreate a new gamehistory.dat file, its no harm to do this every once in a while when the database starts to get big.

I do this procedure often when I have timebank usage, normally it works perfectly. Today I am missing exactly one buyin. I've reloaded the game history as usual but to no avail. My computer crashed earlier in the day and everything was shutdown instantaneously. Is there anyway to see if there were hand history errors?

I would like to account for the total that HEM gives me being higher for the day by 100$, exactly, than what my account is showing, as I record the account total at the start of the day.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Im having the same problem on Microgaming. Some hands not importing during gameplay.....not just when the timebank is used.

Im almost certain the gamehistory file imported ever file without problem so it looks like an issue with a corrupt database so try creating a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

I tried it already and had smtg unexpected : there was even less hands in the new database, il was a complete session missing.

but there was also a lot of importation error messages.

email the file to me morny@holdemmanager.net

p.s you do realise that HM archives the gamehistory.dat file occassionaly so there may be other ones in your archive folder (C:/HMarchive or possibly another location you specified) so try importing all those gamehistory.dat files into the new database not just the current one

try to rename your database (just make a copy) and import it using the "import file" command.
