HUD not loading on stars

I cant seem to get my HUD to load on stars.
Tried setting the HUD for USE ON stars.

Also, not certain if i have my HH saving in the correct place? should i have to alter it on stars?

Set your PokerStars lobby language to English.

Can you attach your holdemmanager.config file?

it is set to english
config file? how do i do this?
where should i add folder from for hand history? i had trouble finding it.

I made sure that the HH is saving using lobby menu

Play a hand on PokerStars--> go to the handhistory folder. Did it actually save the handhistory file to that folder??

Add that folder as an auto import folder in HoldemManager.
Start auto import.

Did HoldemManager import the hand, or did it result in a import error??

i found the config file. what do you mean by can you attach it?
it is not an openable file.

found hand history in user -> appdata ....

it was set as hidden file so now i have changed to show hidden... and i have managed to set hand history folder on add folders... now going to test a hand

Sorted... it's working now.

It was because HH was in appdata and not the normal stars folder... and set to hidden.. now its visible and i got it added to HEM.
