Restore problem

I bought new computer, installed HEM and now im about to restore my backup-file.

I just push "ENTER" because in previous computer i didnt have any password also. And in this computer either.
Then error message comes:

I use windows 7.
And can you tell me, where can i get my second HEM serial. I bought it some 2 years ago, but i cant find other one.

Try postgrespass for password.

You can use the same serial for PC#2.
Just select PC#2 during activation.
