My friend s HUD isnt working on partypoker.fr (It doesnt appear at all).
He is using the TRIAL version he just recently dowloaded. So it s the latest version of HM.
Any info on why it isnt working? He s eager to try it out
The hands seem to be importing but the hands ar not showing in HM under for example the "session" and "hands" tab.
the usual .exe files are "set as admin" and "UAC" is disabled
He s under windows 7.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Set the PartyPoker lobby language to English.
(reinstall it and select English during installation)

He also needs to set the date formatting of his computer to M/d/yyyy and reboot. (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)

did it all.
reinstalled Partypoker to english. changed windows date format to M/DD/YYYY and rebooted.
Updated HM to 11106c using your link.
Still not working:
The hands are imported in the "import" tab but the hands arent showing in "hands" or "session"
4000 hands were imported when I first installed HM for him about a week ago but any NEW hands stopped getting shown within HM the very same day (despite them being imported according to the "import" -tab.

Try creating a new database and reimport them.

Which SQL version is he using?

Also click CLEAR FILTERS (even though it appears no filters are selected)

It s the SQL installed automatically by default: 8.4
I just noticed that HM is version 11106c but the tablemanager is shown as 11106b.
Clearing filters didnt help.
Should I reinstall HM and SQL the usual way?

The table manager version is ok.

Before trying the reinstall check this:

please clear your filters (filter->clear) one time although it seems like no filters are defined.
please remove the 3 winner cards from the hands view (under options -> settings -> hands view columns)

didnt help
I guess I ll try reinstalling now.
